Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing habisento (hereinafter referred to as “we”). To help you clearly understand our return and exchange arrangements, please review the following policy.

1. Return & Exchange Validity Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the product is successfully delivered.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

A return or exchange may be requested within the valid period under any of the following conditions:
(1) The product has appearance defects;
(2) The product has quality defects;
(3) The product has an odor or severe color difference;
(4) The received product does not match the order information;
(5) Return or exchange without a stated reason.

3. Return Process

(1) Please contact us via email or customer service phone, providing your order number, payment proof, return reason, and relevant photos or videos;
(2) Our customer service team will review your request and contact you to confirm approval and provide the return address;
(3) Please send the product back to the designated address. The return label is included in your original package and should be used according to the instructions when returning the item;
(4) After receiving and verifying the product, we will process your refund. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details.

4. Exchange Process

(1) If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us and submit the required order information and supporting materials;
(2) Once approved, we will provide the return address;
(3) Please return the product using the return label included with your shipment;
(4) After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

5. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover).
Processing Time: Refunds are generally completed within 1–3 business days. If any issues arise, please contact us promptly.

6. Cost Policy

(1) Shipping costs for returns or exchanges caused by product issues or order discrepancies will be covered by us;
(2) Shipping costs resulting from returns or exchanges without a reason must be covered by you.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Returned items must be in reasonable condition at the time of return. If the product does not meet return requirements, the request will be handled based on the actual condition.
