    Once payment is confirmed, we’ll start processing your order right away.

    If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
    Once the order is being prepared or shipped, changes can’t be made.

    Easy! Just visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website or click the link in your shipping confirmation email.

  4. Where do you deliver?
    At the moment, we deliver only within Australia.

  5. How long will delivery take?
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
    Delivery usually takes around 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  6. How much does shipping cost?
    Orders of AUD 120.99 or more come with free shipping.
    For orders under AUD 100, shipping costs AUD 8.99.
    You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout.

  7. Can I cancel my order?
    Orders that haven’t been processed within 48 hours can be cancelled.
    If your order is already being prepared, you can refuse delivery or return it after receiving the package.

  8. How do I make a return or exchange?
    Just send us your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and some photos of the product.

  9. How long does a refund take?
    Refunds are sent back to your original payment method, usually within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
